Official Rules & Guidelines

Please read the following rules and guidelines in full before entering. By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to comply with the Official Rules and all eligibility requirements.

Quick Rules at a Glance

• Maximum of two total entries per person.

• Entries close Friday, September 11, 2026 at 3:00 PM.

• One potential winner will be selected at random on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM.

• The potential winner must meet all eligibility requirements and comply with the Official Rules before the prize is awarded.

Full RULES & GUIDELINES

1. Sponsor

The giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Shannon Floral Co. (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry.

• Are able to visit Shannon Floral Co. in person during the official entry period to submit an entry.

• Meet all other requirements outlined in these Official Rules.

There is no specific residency requirement. However, because entry must be completed in person, participants must be able to visit Shannon Floral Co. during the official entry period.

The following individuals are not eligible to enter or win:

• Shannon Floral Co. owners.

• Shannon Floral Co. employees.

• Immediate family members of Shannon Floral Co. owners or employees.

• Members of the same household as Shannon Floral Co. owners or employees.

For purposes of these Official Rules, "immediate family" may include a spouse, parent, child, sibling, grandparent, or grandchild, as well as their respective spouses.

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.

3. Giveaway Entry Period

The Giveaway begins on: Tuesday, August 25, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time

The Giveaway ends at: Friday, September 11, 2026 at 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time

All entries must be physically submitted to Shannon Floral Co. and placed in the designated entry container before the entry deadline.

Entries received after 3:00 p.m. Eastern Time on September 11, 2026 will not be eligible.

Sponsor's clock and determination of the official time will control for purposes of the Giveaway.

4. How to Enter

Standard Entry

To receive one standard entry, an eligible participant must:

1. Visit Shannon Floral Co. in person during the official Giveaway entry period.

2. Complete an official Giveaway entry slip with the required information.

3. Place the completed entry slip into the designated Giveaway entry container.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win.

A purchase does not increase the chances of winning.

Each eligible participant may receive one standard entry.

5. Optional Bonus Entry

After completing a standard entry, an eligible participant may receive one additional bonus entry.

To receive the optional bonus entry, the participant must:

1. Follow Shannon Floral Co. on either Instagram or Facebook while visiting the store.

2. Show a Shannon Floral Co. representative that they are following the designated Shannon Floral Co. account.

3. Have the follow verified by a Shannon Floral Co. representative.

4. Complete a separate official Bonus Entry Slip.

The bonus entry is optional and is not required to receive a standard entry.

Participants may receive only one bonus entry, regardless of whether they follow Shannon Floral Co. on one or both social media platforms.

Maximum Entries

Each eligible participant may receive:

• One standard entry.

• One optional bonus entry.

Maximum: Two total entries per person.

Any additional, duplicate, incomplete, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid entries may be disqualified at Sponsor's discretion.

6. Entry Information

Each standard entry slip will require the participant to provide:

• Full name.

• Phone number.

• Email address.

• Preferred method of contact.

• Confirmation that the participant is at least 18 years old.

• Confirmation that the participant agrees to these Official Rules.

The Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete, inaccurate, illegible, lost, misplaced, or otherwise invalid entries.

Entries become the property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.

7. Optional Email Marketing Communications

Participants may be given the opportunity to separately and voluntarily opt in to receive future marketing communications from Shannon Floral Co., including promotions, events, classes, products, and other business updates.

Agreeing to receive marketing communications is not required to enter the Giveaway or to win.

Participants who choose not to opt in to future marketing communications will still receive the same standard Giveaway entry opportunity.

Participants who affirmatively opt in may unsubscribe from future marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe instructions included in those communications.

8. Prize

One eligible winner will receive:

Two tickets to the Luke Bryan Farm Tour at Prairie View Farms on September 19, 2026, plus one parking pass for the event.

Prize Details

Ticket Type: BigTickets - Printed Tickets

Parking Details: Prairie View Farms is located at 9500 W 900 S, Brookston, IN 47923. Traffic into rural concert venues can be heavy on show day, with potential delays entering the farm. We strongly recommend arriving early and carpooling when possible to reduce congestion. Plan your travel time accordingly. 

• Parking opens: 2:00 PM

• Entry opens: 5:00 PM

• Show starts: 6:00 PM

Approximate Retail Value: $201.66

Ticket Delivery/Transfer Method: Printed, physical tickets + parking pass

The prize consists only of the tickets + parking pass specifically described above.

Unless expressly included by Sponsor, the winner is solely responsible for all other costs and expenses associated with attending the event, including but not limited to:

• Transportation.

• Fuel.

• Lodging.

• Food and beverages.

• Personal expenses.

• Any other costs associated with attending the event.

The prize is not redeemable for cash.

The prize includes one parking pass only, subject to any applicable event, venue, or parking provider terms and conditions. No additional transportation, parking, travel, or other expenses are included unless expressly stated in these Official Rules.

No substitution, exchange, or transfer of the prize by the winner is permitted except at Sponsor's discretion or as required by the applicable ticket provider.

Sponsor is not responsible for any event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, venue change, artist change, or other circumstance outside of Sponsor's control.

If the event is canceled, postponed, rescheduled, or otherwise changed, Sponsor's obligations will be limited to the prize as provided by the applicable ticket provider, to the extent permitted by law.

The winner and guest, if applicable, are responsible for complying with all event, venue, ticket, and applicable terms and conditions.

9. Winner Selection

One potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the official Giveaway entry period.

The random drawing is scheduled to take place on: Friday, September 11, 2026 at 4:30 PM

The drawing will be conducted by Shannon Floral Co.

The Sponsor may also randomly select two to three alternate potential winners at the time of the drawing. Alternate potential winners will remain confidential unless contacted by Sponsor.

Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

10. Winner Verification

Before a prize is awarded, the potential winner may be required to verify that they:

• Meet the age requirement.

• Submitted an eligible entry during the official entry period.

• Did not exceed the maximum number of permitted entries.

• Provided accurate contact information.

• Complied with these Official Rules.

If the potential winning entry is a bonus entry, Sponsor may also verify that the bonus entry was properly issued and documented.

Sponsor's decisions regarding eligibility and administration of the Giveaway are final.

11. Winner Notification

The potential winner will be contacted using the preferred method of contact identified on their entry slip.

The Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential winner by phone or email.

The potential winner must respond to the initial notification and accept the prize within 24 hours of the initial contact attempt.

If the potential winner:

• Does not respond within 24 hours.

• Cannot be successfully contacted using the information provided.

• Is determined to be ineligible.

• Declines the prize.

• Cannot or chooses not to attend the event.

• Fails to comply with these Official Rules.

The potential winner may be disqualified, and Sponsor may contact an alternate potential winner.

Sponsor is not responsible for a participant's failure to receive a phone call or email due to inaccurate contact information, voicemail issues, spam filters, technical issues, or any other circumstances outside of Sponsor's reasonable control.

12. Public Announcement of Winner

The winner will not be publicly announced immediately following the random drawing.

Before making a public announcement, Sponsor will first:

1. Verify the potential winner's eligibility.

2. Confirm that the potential winner has accepted the prize.

3. Confirm that the potential winner can attend or otherwise use the prize in accordance with the applicable ticket terms.

4. Confirm the process for transferring or delivering the tickets + parking pass.

Once the winner has been verified and has accepted the prize, Shannon Floral Co. may publicly announce the winner.

By accepting the prize, the winner may be asked to provide separate permission before Sponsor uses the winner's name, photograph, likeness, or other identifying information for promotional purposes.

13. General Entry Conditions

By entering the Giveaway, each participant agrees to:

• Follow these Official Rules.

• Accept the decisions of the Sponsor regarding the Giveaway as final.

• Provide accurate and truthful information.

• Not attempt to enter more than the maximum permitted number of times.

• Not tamper with, interfere with, or attempt to manipulate the Giveaway or entry process.

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who Sponsor reasonably believes has:

• Violated these Official Rules.

• Submitted false or misleading information.

• Attempted to submit duplicate or fraudulent entries.

• Tampered with the entry process.

• Acted in a manner that compromises the fairness or integrity of the Giveaway.

14. Giveaway Administration

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, printing errors, circumstances beyond Sponsor's reasonable control, or any other situation compromises or may compromise the proper administration, security, fairness, or integrity of the Giveaway.

If the Giveaway is modified, suspended, or terminated, Sponsor will make reasonable efforts to communicate any material changes.

Sponsor's decisions regarding the interpretation and application of these Official Rules and the administration of the Giveaway are final to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree that, to the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and its owners, employees, representatives, and agents are not responsible for:

• Lost, late, incomplete, illegible, damaged, or misdirected entries.

• Incorrect or inaccurate entry information provided by a participant.

• Technical, electronic, phone, or email issues.

• Any failure or delay in winner notification outside of Sponsor's reasonable control.

• Event cancellation, postponement, rescheduling, artist changes, venue changes, or other changes outside of Sponsor's control.

• Any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

Nothing in these Official Rules is intended to limit rights or protections that cannot be waived under applicable law.

16. Privacy

Information collected from participants will be used for purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, contacting the potential winner, and awarding the prize.

Email addresses will only be used for future marketing communications if the participant separately and affirmatively opts in to receive those communications.

Sponsor will handle participant information in accordance with its applicable privacy practices.

17. Social Media Disclaimer

The Giveaway may be promoted on Facebook and Instagram.

Facebook and Instagram are not sponsors of this Giveaway.

This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

By participating in the Giveaway, participants release Facebook and Instagram from responsibility related to the administration of the Giveaway, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Following Shannon Floral Co. on social media alone does not constitute a standard entry into the Giveaway.

The standard method of entry is visiting Shannon Floral Co. in person and completing an official entry slip.
